🔑 Key Requirements:

🎓 Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or Business Management.

📈 Minimum 5 years of financial leadership experience.

📜 Registered with a national accounting body (e.g., OCPCA).

🗣️ Fluency in English, French, or Portuguese.

The African Diamond Producers Association (ADPA) and the Harry Oppenheimer Diamond Training School (HODTS) have officially signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Luanda. This powerful partnership is set to revolutionize diamond training, capacity building, and sustainable development across the continent!

📢 ADPA Council of Ministers Concludes 11th Meeting in Sierra Leone

The African Diamond Producers Association (ADPA) has concluded its high-level meeting in Freetown, chaired by Hon. Julius Daniel Mattai. Delegations representing 70% of global rough diamond production united to strengthen governance and protect the natural diamond industry.

Key Outcomes:

💎 Natural vs. Synthetic: ADPA calls for the "4Cs" and carat weights to be used exclusively for natural diamonds. Synthetic stones must be measured in grams and explicitly labeled as "synthetic" in global trade.

📈 Capacity Building: A new framework was adopted to boost technical diamond skills and knowledge sharing across member states.
ADPA@20: The association will celebrate its 20th Anniversary on November 3–4, 2026, in Luanda, Angola.
