🧘 Sai Baba Animatronics – Breathing Life into Sacred Storytelling

This isn’t just a show. It’s devotion, motion, and emotion — perfectly synchronised.

For Sai Teerth Theme Park, India’s first devotional theme park, aivaf was honoured to upgrade a high-profile animatronic system originally created by Engineered Arts — the renowned creators of the viral humanoid robot, Ameca.

The result is a stunning 10-minute immersive show inside a 250-seat replica of Dwarkamai, where Sai Baba appears to come to life through meticulously synchronised voice, gesture and precise show control powered by Weigl Control hardware.

🛠 Delivered by aivaf:
• Servo and pneumatic-controlled animatronic movements combining precision, smoothness, and dynamic motion
• Advanced Weigl ProCommander 4 controller combined with Pro I/O analog and servo modules
• Seamless audio sequencing integrated with motion
• A robust, low-maintenance system designed for daily operation with minimal downtime

⚙️ This project exemplifies aivafs expertise in revitalising complex control systems with cutting-edge technology—delivering reliable, repeatable and emotionally engaging experiences for every visitor, every day.

🎭 Interested in bringing storytelling and spirituality to life through technology? Upgrading your existing animatronic or show control system — even if it’s from the best? aivaf has the proven experience and technical know-how to elevate your project.
