🔥 Sometimes you get lucky with your random partner… 🔥
And then you get Hellen. ❤️
This was my very first Jack & Jill in the Intermediate division, here at the amazing Lambada Summer Festival.
I had just moved up from Novice, so this time it was mainly about gaining experience, enjoying the challenge and, most importantly, having fun.
And what a way to start! 😍
Being randomly paired with Hellen from Berlin made me really happy. She is not only an incredible Lambada dancer, but also someone who has put so much work into our community, same as the organizers of this beautiful festival and . Hellen has built a beautiful Lambada scene in Berlin, organizes the annual Berlin Lambada Festival, and continues to contribute so much to the dance we love.
Thank you, dear Hellen, for this beautiful dance and for everything you do for the Lambada community. ❤️
And this was just the first of three songs with three random partners.
More to come! 😉

🇧🇷 Brazilian Zouk tonight in Vienna 💙
Two workshops followed by a Zouk social at Schwedenbrücke!
🕕 18:00 to 19:00
We'll start with the fundamentals and gradually build throughout the hour. If you're new to Zouk, you can stay with the simpler variations, while more experienced dancers will get additional challenges and more advanced options along the way. The goal is for everyone to leave with something useful.
🕖 19:00 to 20:00 | Improvers / Intermediate
We'll continue from there with material aimed at improver and intermediate dancers, again building step by step while offering extra challenges for the more experienced.
💰 1 workshop + social: €15
💰 2 workshops + social: €25
🎉 Zouk Social
20:00 to 23:30
(and we'll happily continue a little longer if enough dancers are still there!)
✅ No partner needed.
✅ No registration needed. Just come by.
Looking forward to dancing with you tonight! 💙
