The Vibe Check-In
A space for places, moments, and reflections. From travel memories to everyday life, this channel captures the emotional side of movement.
What we see, feel, and carry with us along the way..
I didn’t change. I just outgrew one way of telling my story.
Before, it was mostly about mental health in words and reflections. Now, it’s still mental health… just seen through places, movement, and the moments in between.
Healing didn’t stop. It just started looking different.
Been a while… starting fresh here.
Using this space for travel, lifestyle, and just checking in more consistently..

Learned this today during training and it really stuck with me.
Not every ‘positive’ response is what someone needs sometimes, quiet support means more.
Feel free to share if this resonates. 🤍
Sometimes our emotions show up one after another like sadness, anger, guilt, overwhelm.Like trams pulling in nonstop. 🚋But here’s the truth:You don’t have to board every single one.Not every emotion needs to be unpacked right away.To simply let some of them pass.Protecting your peace isn’t weakness. It’s emotional wisdom knowing which “tram” is worth your energy. 💛
When Helping Hurts 🥹
Let’s normalize talking about vicarious trauma. You don’t have to be a therapist to experience it.
Caretakers, friends, partners, anyone who constantly shows up for others might start feeling emotionally worn down. That’s not selfishness. It’s a signal.
🧘♀️ Protect your peace.
🌱 You can care and have boundaries.
💬 Have you ever felt emotionally heavy after supporting someone?
This is why I’m like this.
I deeply appreciate the things I see, the music I hear, the food I love.
Even the tiniest moments or shifts in energy they stay with me.
For years, I thought I was just “too much.”
But I’ve learned I’m actually an Emotionally Hypersensitive Person and everything makes more sense now. 🧠💗
This is Part 1 of my journey: embracing my sensitivity instead of apologizing for it.
🤍 Do you feel this way too? Let’s talk in the comments.
We’re back at The Vibe Check-In!
After a quiet pause, we’re showing up again not just because it’s June, but because mental health deserves attention every single day.
Even though Mental Health Awareness Month ended in May, the conversation continues here.
Because awareness never goes out of season. Because you matter. 💚
✨ Some powerful reminders:
🧠 1 in 4 people face mental health challenges each year
💡 With the right support, life can improve by up to 70%

Hey you, just checking in.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it’s a gentle reminder that you don’t have to have it all together all the time.
You are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to ask for support.
Your mind matters. Your feelings matter.
This month, and always choose kindness, especially for yourself.
“I’m fine.”
How many times have you said that when you weren’t?
There’s nothing wrong with being honest.
Constantly pretending to be okay doesn’t just affect your mental health — it impacts your physical health too.
