Customized Constructions

A well-considered entry sets the tone for the spaces beyond it.

At our Benloch project, the entry and breezeway combine polished concrete, warm timber and feature brickwork to create a strong transition between the exterior and interior of the home. The statement pendant adds another layer of detail, while the glazed doors allow natural light and views to carry through the space.

It's a practical passageway, but one that has been given the same level of attention as the living spaces around it.

Bathrooms are one of the spaces that need to be right from the very beginning of a build. They need to be practical, durable and inviting, while still feeling like a considered part of the home.

For this project, the combination of natural light, textured tiles, warm timber and a freestanding bath creates a space that feels calm and refined without compromising on everyday functionality.

Getting the details right makes all the difference to how a bathroom looks, feels and performs for years to come.

At our Lavistone project, the kitchen brings together bold contrasts, clean lines, and carefully selected finishes.

The textured island creates a strong focal point, paired with dark cabinetry and subtle detailing throughout.

Designed with functionality in mind, while giving the space its own distinct identity.

Strong materials and quality craftsmanship form the foundation of a well-built home.

At this stage of the build, the structure begins to reveal the character that will carry through the finished result. From the strength of the framing to the texture and warmth of the materials being introduced, every element plays a role in shaping the home.

It's the combination of solid construction and considered workmanship that creates something made to stand the test of time.

Light-filled and finished with warm timber and brushed brass, this bathroom has a softer feel from the moment you walk in.

The white tile creates a clean backdrop, while the freestanding bath and generous shower make the space practical for everyday use.

A calm space to start the day and wind down at the end of it.

A space that brings everyday living together.

At our Sternberg project, the living area balances comfort with clean, practical finishes. Polished concrete floors, warm timber accents, and soft furnishings add contrast and warmth, while the open layout creates an easy flow through the home.

Natural light, open views, and a quiet sense of comfort come together in this bedroom.

Large windows bring the surrounding landscape into the room, while the simple finishes and considered details keep the space feeling calm and practical.

A bedroom made for slowing down and enjoying the view.

Great kitchens are about more than how they look. They need to work effortlessly while adding character to the home.

Generous workspace, quality cabinetry, practical storage, and carefully considered details come together throughout the kitchen. From the timber island and feature barn door to the integrated storage and considered layout, every element has a role to play.

As the heart of the home, it's a space crafted with purpose, precision, and lasting quality.

From the first frame to the finished home, every stage of this Benloch build reflects the care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that defines every Customized Constructions project.

What began as a structural frame has evolved into a home that sits naturally within its rural surroundings. Every element, from the reclaimed brick façade and expansive glazing to the generous outdoor living areas, has been carefully considered to create a home that's built for modern country living and made to stand the test of time.

Progress like this is a reminder that exceptional homes are created one carefully executed stage at a time.

First impressions are shaped by more than just the front door. They're created by the spaces that guide you through the home.

At our Lavistone project, warm timber stairs, polished concrete floors, and a clean, open layout create a seamless connection between each living space. Every transition has been thoughtfully resolved, allowing the home to feel open, practical, and cohesive from the moment you step inside.

It's the attention to these details that defines the experience of a well-built home.
