Now that you know Claire, it's my turn to introduce myself!

I'm Cindy, the Founder and Director of CLM Disability Support. I started CLM Disability Support in 2024 because I believe great support is about more than helping with everyday tasks - it's about building genuine professional relationships, encouraging independence, respecting individual choice, and helping people live the life they want.

A little about me...

I am caring, reliable, down-to-earth and genuinely passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals. I love getting to know each participant as an individual and providing support that is tailored to what matters most to them.

Outside of work, you'll often find me spending time with my family, travelling, enjoying and participating in motorsport, getting outdoors, stand-up paddleboarding with Claire (not often enough, she tells me!) or at a dog show. I love exploring new places and experiencing different cultures - I was lucky enough to visit Japan and the USA last year. I believe that kindness, honesty and a good sense of humour can make a real difference, and I bring those values into every shift.

Claire currently has availability to support NDIS participants around Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region.

Claire is a Certificate III qualified Support Worker who genuinely enjoys helping people live as independently, confidently and happily as possible. She believe great support isn’t just about helping with daily tasks—it’s about building trust, encouraging independence, sharing a laugh, and making each day a little brighter.

Whether that’s getting out into the community, working towards personal goals, enjoying a coffee and a chat, or simply being a reliable helping hand, I’m passionate about providing support that is centred around the individual.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out exploring somewhere new, travelling, riding my motorbike, stand-up paddleboarding, or spending time outdoors. I love nature, animals and making the most of life, and I enjoy helping others do the same.
