Vibrational Vortex

Thank you Mark from Man Cave Crystals for my gift the other day at my Awakened Polarity sound immersion event.

Such a wonderful afternoon to finally get my own Awakened Polarity vision out. Been running around in my mind quietly for many years after a download. Wasn't until momentum took off after completion of my breathwork training two years back. After a decade of soul searching through many different modalities. From meditation and reiki courses. To spending hours looking over astrology, human design, numerology, twin flame and finally completion of my Neuro Transformation Therapy course. Each part of a jigsaw puzzle for the final product.
Big thank you for Ramon .trails for being a part of my Awakened Polarity immersion. Also the wonderful people that come along. Very grateful indeed. 🙏❤️

It took a long time to find the shape of this.
Not just gathering the tools. Working out how they actually speak to each other. Gong, breath, sound.
Today they finally do.
Googong Community Centre. Doors 2:45pm.

Come relax meditate. While being basked in vibration from gongs and bowls. Left to right. Front to back. 🙏

This one's different from the monthly sessions. The full gong Awakened Polarity arrangement only happens a few times a year.
Four gongs. Two sound healers. Two paths, one destination.
The monthly breathwork and sound healings keep running, those aren't going anywhere. But this one, the full Sun, Moon, Jupiter, and Chiron arrangement together, only comes together a handful of times a year. Lining up two healers and the right space takes time.
If you've been meaning to experience it, don't wait for "next time" to sneak past you.

The countdown's on.
Come let go of the daily grind. Come relax, breathe, and just be for 90 minutes.
We'll look at what's balancing you and what isn't. What's holding you back, and where you actually want to go.
Sunday, 3PM. Awakened Polarity Gong Immersion.

Sound Immersion
Awakened Polarity Gong Event,
Sunday August 30
90 minutes to turn inward to relax, to settle, to see where you're really at.
Immersed by gongs, bowls, and with your breath, with nowhere else to be but relaxed.

Life gets chaotic. Things get in the way. Given time, it smooths out.
That's the work.
Every day we get pulled left and right, back and forth. The nervous system sets us off. We become unsteady. We lose sight of the direction we're after. Sometimes we get pulled backwards.
Finding your calibration. Coming back into balance. Finding what lights you up, and the direction you're after.
We begin with breathwork and meditation, then journey inward through sound immersion with the gongs, vibrating left to right, front to back.
Come join us Sunday for Awakened Polarity Sound Immersion

Old video of me practice outside. Audience seemed pretty interested 🙏😁
