This weeks wellbeing tip 🌿

WHO ARE YOUR 5 TRUSTED ADULTS?

We’re helping children identify five safe, trusted adults they can talk to when they need help, feel worried or simply need someone to listen. 🫶

This is a simple activity you can do in the comfort of your own home!
