This old heritage listed shop was tired and run down in the heart of Yea, Victoria. Working closely with Sage Homes, the brief was to restore life back into the building and bring it into the modern age.

While much of the floor plan was to remain the same, extensive work was required to bring the areas and rooms up to the current building code. As you can see some rooms didn't have any floors!
We are really impressed and excited to showcase an amazing transformation with Sage Homes.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1–2 years’ experience who is eager to develop their technical skills and gain hands-on exposure across a variety of residential projects.

As the financial year has come to an end, we just wanted to take the time to say a huge thank you to all our clients, builders and suppliers.

We have been very quiet on our socials due to our workloads, as we have been putting in the work to make sure we are hitting deadlines and providing results for you.
