This week on the Apex Barrel Racer Hub Kristy, certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist from Equi-touch in WA shows you a simple guide to stretching your horse at home. 🥰
You will learn a variety of stretches that target various areas of your equine athletes body after a work out.
Stretching your equine athlete after a workout can assist with promoting muscle relaxation, flexibility, and recovery. ❤️🩹
By gently stretching various body parts PWO you can help to reduce stiffness by encouraging circulation and maintaining a comfortable range of motion. It can also help your horse cool down gradually after exercise and give you a chance to notice any unusual soreness, tension, or changes in movement. 👏🏾

We did it!
77th overall out of 540 competitors.

Our first run at ABHA finals. Our first run in the AELEC. 👏🏾
I can’t even explain this feeling of running in this epic arena. 🤯
We’ve never run blind to our first drum before so it was pretty bloody scary. 😅
The goal was to be in the top 100. We were bottom of the ground, second last out and snagged 100th out of 540 competitors with lots of little things to fix. 👏🏾
So proud of my boodiful boy.
