Into Place

Spring is a season of renewal, making it the perfect time to embrace colour, texture and creativity.

Inspired by Dulux Australia new Colour Forecast “Play Palette”, this Spring 2026 Material Moments collection by our very own Jasmin De Longis celebrates playful design, soft blues and natural finishes that feel fresh, uplifting and inviting.

Natural warmth meets contemporary design. Featuring polytec Tasmanian Oak cabinetry in our Balcatta home, this kitchen is proof that simplicity never goes out of style.

Some details don’t need to make a statement to make an impact.

A soft, tactile wall finished paired with considered matte black tapware creates a bathroom that feels warm, refined and effortlessly understated.

It’s in the details.

Quietly distinctive.

Clean lines, considered proportions and a restrained palette come together to create a facade that feel both contemporary and timeless.

This Dianella home is designed to make an impression without needing to shout.

The material palette for our Port Kennedy home brings together soft oak tones, warm walnut, creamy neutrals, brushed bronze detailing, with subtle textures.

Calm & considered but enough contrast and warmth to give the home character.

We’re excited to see this one take shape and watch the entire palette come to life as the build progresses.

Masterfully crafted.

The details of a home can be easy to overlook. But often, it’s the things you don’t immediately notice that make the greatest difference.

From material selection and precise detailing to the way design intent is carried through construction, craftsmanship is considered at every stage.

True quality isn’t just about how a home looks on completion. It’s about how it feels, performs and endures over time.
