Started in the desert now we're down under...
Papuru Designs was founded in late 2014 in Dubai, UAE after years of designing bracelets and mala beads as a hobby to gift to friends and family. I had the pleasure of working with some amazing Yoga studios to display my work at, such as Rawr Yoga, Bay Yoga, Voyoga and partners like Urban Yogini. I also managed to make it to some outdoor events, yes an introvert like myself actually went out to markets! After COVID-19, like many families in the UAE, my husband and I decided to move closer to family. So in December 2020, I said goodbye to what was my home for almost 32 years to start over in the land down under with my amazing husband and his family which I find myself truly blessed with. Papuru Designs is now based in Perth, Western Australia and we couldn't be happier to start over again!

It’s been a while since I posted here…
So much has happened, and yet nothing has happened at the same time 🙈
I haven’t gotten around to relaunching Papuru just yet, but I’m still working on it behind the scenes.
In the meantime, I’ve been creating and taking time to do things just for myself. If you follow me on my personal page, you’ll have seen I’ve been cooking a lot 😄 I really love it and I am finding a different kind of meditation doing that.
I’m also working on something food related, but this one is just for me. But hey… who knows? I might release it into the wild one day too 🤭
In other news, I also have another trip planned to Perth at the end of this month, and I’m really looking forward to it. Apart from seeing family again, there’s something else I’ll be doing that I’ll share with you all when it happens 😇
All of you have been by my side through everything, and I wouldn’t dream of not sharing the big news with you 💜
