Most photographers are working harder than they ever have and making less than they should π
I run a studio, and I'm not going to pretend it's all effortless β but I've learned that the photographers who actually make real money aren't the ones with the best camera or the most followers. They're the ones who treat this like a business.
That's what I'm here to share. The real, unfiltered stuff β pricing, systems, marketing, mindset β that's actually moved the needle in my own studio.
Follow me because, everything I put here is what I actually run in my own studio. No theory.

Saying NO to a client might be the best business decision you make this year π«
Early on, I said yes to everyone. Bad fit clients, mates rates jobs, people who didn't value what I was offering. It felt safer to take the work than turn it away.
Now I say no a lot. No to clients who don't value my pricing or my time. No to jobs that don't fit my studio. No to work that drains me for barely any return.
Every time I've said no to someone who didn't value what I offer, I've made room for a client who does. That's the shift that actually grew this business.
Follow me because, everything I put here is what I actually run in my own studio. No theory.

I've spent years building a photography studio that actually runs without me chained to it 24/7 πΈ
Not through luck. Through systems, showing up consistently, and treating this like the business it is β not just a creative outlet.
Here's what I share: the studio operations, the pricing, the marketing, the mistakes, the wins. Everything I actually use to run my own studio.
Follow me because, everything I put here is what I actually run in my own studio. No theory.

Relationship flex πͺ
There's a hierarchy to studio chairs and everyone knows it. The second that seat's free, it's mine π
Photographers, change this first if you want to make more money π
Systemising your business isn't sexy, but it's the difference between a studio that grows and a studio that just survives on your energy.
I used to think "more clients" was the answer. It's not. If your workflow isn't systemised, more clients just means more chaos, more burnout, and more mistakes.
Systems = the ability to actually scale without working every single hour in the day.
This is Part 2 of the series β swipe back if you missed Part 1.
