I'm soooooo happy to have this one out in the world. It's a weird little tune and the perfectionist in me will never stop thinking of things I could tweak, but I am SO PROUD of it, and of this whole release. Throughout this whole process I got to flex my creative muscle in so many different ways - from writing my own track, to making the art, working on visuals alongside .visuals , mastering all the tracks with and heaps more. Especially big shouts to my newforms homies and for all their hardwork behind the scenes coordinating the release (and managing my ADHD 👀👀 hahaha).

The album name, Catalysis, is also extremely fitting for me on a personal tip because I'm so ready for this release to be the gas on the fire, the catalyst, for me to start sharing my music again. I never stopped writing, only releasing. It's taken a good few years to heal my relationship with music and get clear on why I'm doing what I'm doing and what I want from this whole endeavour. I'm loving where I'm at these days - in my creativity and in my soul, and I'm SO ready to let you guys hear what I've been cooking up over the years. I'm writing the best music I ever have.

Here's to conquering those psychological demons smashing on thru!!
