What a storm yesterday, hope all is well with folk in WA💓
Welcome to Winter in WA with a cleanse from the rain and very strong winds.
An ideal time for self awareness, self nourishment and self nurture. Offering self space and time to connect into yourself.
My Winter started saturday with the breath thank you & community💕
The cards to follow were spot on. Especially the card of Water- in TCM we are now connected into the element of Water- Go with the flow, just as water does in it's own way.
Join me in moving the flow of your inner energy this Saturday. A mindfulness Qi Gong flow connecting into self followed by a Meditation. To help gently release any thing you maybe holding onto, create space to allow new possibilities to arise and find balance and stillness in the present moment.
