Sometimes you meet people who leave a real mark.

Over the past few months, Andrea has been filming a documentary at The Good Company & Co, capturing the work we do to create employment opportunities for people with disability. He has become part of our family, treating every member of our team with kindness, patience and genuine respect.

Originally from Italy, Andrea is a qualified media teacher and an incredibly talented filmmaker. His four-year Australian visa comes to an end this week, and he would love the opportunity to stay and continue building his life here.

To do that, he or his wife (who is a qualified childcare worker) need an employer willing to sponsor them.

We would be genuinely saddened to see them leave. They are both wonderful people who would be a real asset to the right employer.
