Our shower screen installer has broken his thumb.👍😢
We desperately need someone to install 4 x single pane shower screens.
The Screens are on site and ready to go.
Installer will need to supply hardware (brushed nickel brackets)
If anyone knows an Installer, please get them to contact us or post their details and I will contact them.

Hi Friends and Family.
We are in need of an electrical cover plate for a hot water system.
Any condition is fine.
Rinnai is preferred!
The one on site has gone missing and we cannot locate one anywhere.
Maybe you have or know of an old system that has one.
Please help !!!!!

It’s all in the details now…
We’ve been a little quieter with the Mt Nasura reveals lately — and that’s deliberate.
As we get closer to the finish line, we’re trying not to give too much away. We want you to see the finished spaces properly, rather than revealing every little piece before it all comes together.
But we can give you a glimpse. 👀
Right now it’s all about the finer details — the finishes, textures, lighting and all those small decisions that probably don’t look like much on their own, but make a huge difference to how a finished home feels.
Behind the scenes, we’re working very hard to get this one done. There are still plenty of jobs being ticked off, plenty of long days, and a lot happening that we’re deliberately keeping out of frame.
We’re close.
And we think the final reveal will be worth it!
Well… that changed quickly! 👀
A little progress check on the granny flat courtyard after yesterday’s video — and it’s already starting to look like a completely different space.
The paving is nearly finished, the courtyard is done and you can finally see what we had in mind for this previously pretty uninspiring little area.

There’s still more to come with the garden, mulching and finishing touches, but already it feels so much more intentional — and like a proper outdoor space belonging to the granny flat.
It’s these smaller transformations that can make such a difference to how the whole property feels.
Not finished yet… but definitely heading in the right direction!
A big shout-out to the Water Corporation emergency team 👏
We’ve been battling a water supply issue at Mt Nasura, and with new lawn and gardens needing water, the timing definitely wasn’t ideal!
The Water Corp emergency crew came out, found the problem and got our water supply back up and running — and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the service.
They were responsive, professional and just got on with the job.
There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to keep essential services working, and it’s very easy to only talk about them when something goes wrong. So when a team does a great job, we think they deserve some recognition too.
Thank you to the crew who helped us out — you saved our sanity… and probably our lawn! 🌱😂

Another little corner of Mt Nasura getting some attention…
This time we’re out the back of the granny flat, tackling the courtyard and paving.
It wasn’t an area that offered much before, but with a bit of planning we’re turning it into a proper private outdoor space for the granny flat — somewhere that actually feels connected to the home rather than just leftover space down the side.
The paving is going in, the courtyard is taking shape and we’ve still got planting and the finishing touches to bring it all together.
It’s not one of the big, dramatic transformations in this renovation, but these are the details that make a property feel considered as a whole.
And when you’re renovating to sell, every part of the property needs to earn its keep.
Wait until you see this little space finished 👀
Just like watching grass grow.😵💫
