Talking of AI, I have been thinking this week that I will redo the cover of my book of Dad's memoirs

AI art was pretty new in June 2023, and I was as fascinated as anybody in it, so I had a play around with it and sourced an image I felt at that time was suitable for the book. I also had a zero budget to play with.

I have since regretted that. It's fair to say that there wasn't the huge outcry against AI that there is now, but I still feel it was lazy and in hindsight I should have done better.

So I will.

Today marks 14 years since I launched 100% ROCK MAGAZINE after the previous site I cofounded was stolen.
I'm very proud of all we've done in those 14 years, providing coverage to huge international acts, local bands, and everything in between, as well as covering the occasional books, movies, comedy, theatre. I've devoted an incredible amount of time (usually for nothing), creative energy and effort, as has my brother from another mother in America, Todd Michael Jolicoeur and all of our volunteer reviewers and photographers. I thank you all and would pay you handsomely if only I could!!
Just last week we had 13,162 visitors to the website and although that number varies depending on how much content we publish, it's pretty consistent. We've had millions of readers over 14 years, and i also thank them for coming to check out our thoughts.
It's a tough business. Some advertising would help cover the website hosting fees and domain name fees and tech support fees etc etc so hit me up if you have something to sell! Our masterplan for the next 14 years is simple: MORE OF EVERYTHING THAT ROCKS \m/
