Sometimes your body doesn't need more pushing.
It might need better support, better coordination and a different way of moving.
That's one of the things we explore with Spiral Stabilization. 🌿
Small, consistent changes can become a different way of moving through everyday life.

You may have seen Spiral Stabilization popping up on this page and wondered what we're actually doing with those ropes. 😄
Spiral Stabilization (SpS) is a movement method developed around the idea of working with the body as a connected whole.
Through specific exercises, breathing and movement patterns, we work on coordination, posture and muscular balance.
And you don't need to be an athlete or particularly flexible to start.
Sometimes the simplest place to begin is simply learning to move your body a little differently. 🌿
If you're curious about SpS, feel free to send me a message or ask me about the next class.

I don’t always feel motivated.
Some days I’m tired.
Some days I’m overwhelmed.
Some days I don’t feel like it at all.
So I don’t force it.
I just start small.
And that’s enough 🤍

If everything feels like too much…

don’t push harder.

Do less.

Just a few minutes of simple, gentle movement
can help your body reset and feel a little lighter.

No pressure.
No expectations.

Just start here 🤍 Sonia - move well every day

👉 Save this for when you need it

After a long day…
when your body feels tight, tired, or just off

you don’t need a full workout.

Start here:

→ 2–5 minutes
→ slow, controlled movement
→ no pressure

That alone can:
✔ reduce tension
✔ wake up the right muscles
✔ help your body reset

That’s why I love Spiral Stabilization —
it works with your body, not against it.

Especially on the days you feel like doing nothing 🤍

You don’t always need more discipline.

Sometimes your body is just tired, tight, and overwhelmed
from everything you carry through the day.

And pushing harder?
It often makes it worse.

Try this instead:
• slow down
• move gently
• give your body a chance to reset

This is where Spiral Stabilization fits in 🤍

Small movements.
Big difference.

You keep stretching… but the tightness keeps coming back.
Stretching can feel good, but it doesn’t always fix the cause.
Often, the body creates tension because it’s trying to stabilise and protect itself.

If certain muscles aren’t working properly, others take over —
and that’s why the tightness returns.

This is where methods like Spiral Stabilization, developed by Richard Smíšek, focus on activation and coordination, not just relief.

💬 Do you feel better after stretching… but only for a short time?

If this sounds like you, message me “BACK” and I’ll guide you.
