If you are looking to update your Canyon Speedmax and save around 30 watts on your standard arm rests, then you will not find a more aerodynamic cockpit than the new Race Arms V3.1 that is specifically modified for those using a monogrip!

With a longer shell and mounting plate set further back in the cockpit, this allows your hands to be partially enclosed, saving about 5 5 watts over the V3 Race Arms using dual grips.

Most other cockpits on the market are either made from plastic or 3d printed materials that are not only brittle, but fatigue in a matter of weeks.

Other carbon cockpits have numerous flat, edged or concave surfaces on the underside exposed directly at the apparent wind, that do not help with drag reduction whatsoever!

We know this because we have decades of boat hull and hydrofoil design, construction, testing and racing, and you would never see design features like this in modern hull design.
