The program combines techincal skills, strength & conditioning and goal-focused mindset work. It is designed for players to progress and elevate their competitive play. Contact me for more details.

Kicked off the 2026 Rep Season facilitating a fun and interactive coaching workshop for the team at Underwood Park Netball Association! 🦅

We went beyond the drills to look at the "how" and "why" behind performance coaching at a rep level. It was a privilege to help these coaches sharpen their tools for a successful 2026 season!

The Highlights:

·        Rep Program: We explored what it truly means to be a rep coach and the unique responsibilities of the 2026 UPNA program.

·        Coach Identity: Each coach identified the relevance and impact of their own "Super Strengths" and the core values that guide their leadership on the sideline.

·        Player-Centric Approaches: Using Athlete Profile Cards as an example to build deep connections and understanding how each player responds best under pressure.

·        Dynamic Training Sessions: The relevance of planning for the season and each session along with applying the CHANGE IT framework to ensure training is inclusive, high-energy, and adaptable to all ability levels.

·        Mastering Feedback: Implementing the "Good Better How" feedback framework to build athlete self-awareness and self-belief.
