Back Into Motion
At Back Into Motion, we offer a different approach to anything else within the wellness sector.
This is through uniquely integrated services using our Circle of Care. Traditionally, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Massage Therapists and Strength and Conditioning Trainers work in isolation of one another. This results in high levels of the wellness strategy being left to the patient. At Back Into Motion, we work collaboratively to ensure progressions from injury and chronic pain to help you achieve a rapid and sustainable transition to a fit and healthy pain free lifestyle. This collaborative effort ensures that each patient’s wellness strategy is individualised, can be monitored and adapted for an effective recovery.
Many traditional gym workouts focus on the big muscles — but the small stabilising muscles are just as important.
When these muscles are strong, they support your joints, improve movement control, and help prevent injury.
Our Omolara explains how targeted training makes the difference.

Today, on World Heart Day, let's take a moment to prioritize our heart health. Remember, a healthy heart is a happy heart! ❤️
Lower back pain or sciatica — do you know the difference?
Not all back pain is the same.
Lower back pain is usually localised to the lumbar region, while sciatica involves irritation of the sciatic nerve — often causing pain that travels down the leg, sometimes with tingling, numbness or weakness.
Understanding the difference matters — because treatment is different too.
If you’re unsure what you’re experiencing, don’t guess. Get assessed properly.

Pain relief is not the end goal.
Recovery must translate into real-life demands — work, sport, parenting, daily activity.
That is why progression, load tolerance and functional benchmarks matter.
Comprehensive rehabilitation prepares you for life beyond the clinic.
If you are unsure where you stand, an assessment provides clarity.
