As the series “𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐦𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲" continues, we present the second part of this series that revolves around Menstruation.

A lot of stigmas about menstruation are quite constant around us even to this day. By discussing and making people aware of this important issue in our society, the stigmas can be toned down and even be erased. This second episode mentions those stigmas and the realities behind it.

𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮 & 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 | 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝟬𝟭 | 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀

One of the most effective ways of debunking stigmas and stripping off the label "stigma" is frequently discussing them and representing the actual reality behind. To achieve this goal and to normalize these natural occurrences which are referred to as "Stigma", TRBC has brought forth a series called "𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐦𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲". This series will feature some of the prevalent issues that need to be talked about more often than not and the first episode of which will be focused on "𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡".

Hold your breath because the time has finally come to reveal the lovely faces from TRBC's family.

It is still surreal to us how much this family has grown over the span of one year.
From coming up with genius ideas to executing them through our very own aesthetics- it is all ensured by these brilliant people. They're the wheels of TRBC and we can't help but feel a sense of gratitude that we ever crossed paths with each other.

So here's to one year with these amazing people and hopefully many more.

We worked hard, took risks and had debacles for one year. But on 5th July, on our anniversary, we finally got our long-deserved break. So yesterday, we only thought about the good times and we loosened up our shoulders which has been in a knot of pent up tension for one whole year. And we bet you can see just how much relaxed and happy we look in the beautiful captures down below.
