Position: Production Officer – Muffin Cake

Company: Bangas Holdings Ltd.
Factory Location: Mulaid, Tengra, Sreepur, Gazipur
Department: Production
Experience: 3–4 Years
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

* Supervise and monitor the complete Muffin Cake production process.
* Ensure daily production targets are achieved according to the production plan.
* Monitor batter preparation, mixing, depositing, baking, cooling, and packaging processes.
* Monitor product quality parameters including weight, volume, texture, color, moisture, pH, and water activity (Aw).
* Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and company quality standards.
* Minimize production wastage, rejection, and product losses through effective process control.
* Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and packaging materials.
* Coordinate with the Maintenance Team to ensure smooth operation of production machinery and equipment.
* Maintain accurate batch records, production reports, process parameters, and other production documentation.
* Supervise production workers and ensure effective manpower utilization.
* Ensure proper housekeeping, sanitation, and personal hygiene throughout the production area.
* Monitor shift-wise production performance and submit reports to the Production Manager/Head.
* Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions related to quality issues or market complaints.
* Perform any other production-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Qualification

* Diploma/B.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Science, or a relevant field.
* Candidates with practical experience in Muffin Cake/Bakery production will be preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

* Strong practical knowledge of Muffin Cake/Bakery production processes.
* Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices.
* Good production planning, supervision, and manpower management skills.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and production reporting.
* Ability to work under production pressure and in shifts.

Salary & Benefits

* Salary: BDT 20,000–25,000 per month
* Festival Bonus: 2 bonuses per year
* Other Benefits: As per company policy
