Welcome to the very first episode of Marvelous Podcast! 🎉
Today, I am delighted to welcome a special guest, my student Md. Rasel Ali, who received his UK Student Visa within just 24 hours, without any UKVI interview, to join the third year (Level 6) of the LLB (Hons) Law programme at Bangor University through credit transfer. 🎓⚖️
As his teacher, it is a proud moment for me to welcome him to this first episode and celebrate his journey from Marvelous Academy in Bangladesh to the next chapter of his legal education in the United Kingdom.

⏱️ Processing time: Just 24 hours
🎤 UKVI interview: Not required

In this opening episode, we talk about Rasel’s journey: studying law at Marvelous Academy, progressing from an ATHE qualification to a UK university, preparing for the admission and visa process, and receiving that much-awaited visa decision.
For students and parents interested in studying law in the UK, his experience offers a closer look at the steps involved in this pathway, from completing a qualification in Bangladesh to preparing for the final year of a UK law degree.
🤝 The support behind his journey
From the initial university application to the final visa decision, Marvelous Overseas managed and supported Rasel’s admission and visa process, including:
✅ Bangor University application and offer processing
✅ CAS documentation and processing

His experience shows how an ATHE law qualification completed in Bangladesh can support progression to a UK degree, subject to the university’s admission and credit-transfer requirements.
