৪ মার্চ, বিশ্ব স্থূলতা দিবস!
২০৩৫ সালের মধ্যে বিশ্বে প্রায় ৪০০ কোটিরও বেশি মানুষ
অতিরিক্ত ওজন ও স্থূলতার ঝুঁকিতে থাকতে পারে।
স্থূলতা শুধু বাহ্যিক পরিবর্তন নয়—
এটি ডায়াবেটিস, হৃদরোগসহ নানা দীর্ঘমেয়াদি জটিলতার কারণ হতে পারে।
তবে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় হলো—
স্থূলতা প্রতিরোধযোগ্য।
চিকিৎসার চেয়ে প্রতিরোধই উত্তম।
সুষম খাদ্যাভ্যাস, পরিমিত খাবার গ্রহণ
এবং দৈনিক পুষ্টি চাহিদা অনুযায়ী খাদ্য নির্বাচন
সুস্থ জীবনের ভিত্তি তৈরি করে।
প্রতিদিন কী খাচ্ছেন, কতটুকু খাচ্ছেন—
সেটা জানুন, সচেতন হোন।
আজকের সচেতন সিদ্ধান্তই
আগামীর সুস্থতা নিশ্চিত করতে পারে।

On 25th, we took our first step on campus 🥟
BioBite served steamed Chicken Momo
with calorie information mentioned —
keeping student budget and clean eating in mind.
The response we received truly encouraged us.
This journey is growing, one step at a time

এর প্রথম এবং প্রধানতম লক্ষ্য হলো আমাদের ভোক্তাদের নিকট সেইফ, হাইজিনড, এবং সঠিক ক্যালরি পরিমাপ যুক্ত খাবার পৌঁছে দেওয়া। এই লক্ষ্যেই সবসময় অভীষ্ট থাকবে ইনশাআল্লাহ।🌼
এই মহৎ যাত্রার উদ্ভোধনে অংশ নেন Bangladesh University of Health Sciences এর সম্মানিত প্রক্টর সহযোগী অধ্যাপক ডা. নাসরিন নাহার, এবং কমিউনিটি নিউট্রিশন ডিপার্টমেন্টের বিভাগীয় প্রধান সহযোগী অধ্যাপক তাসলিমা খাতুন।
সাথে আরো উপস্থিত ছিলেন সহযোগী অধ্যাপক মনিকা সরকার, সহযোগী অধ্যাপক ড. সাইকা নিজান, সহকারী অধ্যাপক ডা. আমেনা সুলতানা কাকলি।
আপনাদের সকলের ভালোবাসা এবং দোয়াই আমাদের আগামীর পথচলার পাথেয়!🌸
