💬 Daniel Cabral said: “I chose to conduct my second official co-op placement at iEPC because of the collaborative atmosphere and exposure to high-level local engineering challenges. My main position was on the mechanical engineering team, where I provided ongoing support to iEPC project leads across all three key disciplines. This often involved conducting site inspections, drafting engineering drawings, and developing client fee proposals.”

Jaire Lawrence-Salaam joined our team on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, as a .

Having graduated with an Undergraduate Degree in Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University in 2019, Jaire went on to attend the University of Surrey to study for his Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering. During his time in school, Jaire interned with iEPC for three summers. His professional approach focuses on integrity, safety and sustainability in structural design and delivery, complemented by a commitment to technical excellence and teamwork across architectural, engineering and construction environments.

As of July 2025, iEPC proudly serves as the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) provider for Bermuda’s 6 MW utility-scale solar farm at the airport finger, which is the island’s largest solar installation and a major step toward a cleaner energy future.

Delivered in partnership with Fuze Limited, this project combines iEPC’s engineering and technical expertise with Fuze’s deep experience in solar energy systems.
