If your body is tired, deep bone tired, and you need to rest physically, mentally and emotionally join our Soundbath Journey tomorrow. What does it involve? You come, you lay down for an hour and are guided into a deep surrender…a deep rest. Sometimes sleep will come sometimes you’ll feel like you’re floating and dreaming.

Pilates was great 💪🏾 the pizza was 👌🏾but the people were 🙌🏾😂💃🏾✨🥹🧡. Big thank you to Vehia and all of our every-Saturday-warriors for be willing to connect and share after class. Community and “a village” doesn’t happen by accident it happens when you choose to show up as villagers. It was a beautiful moment because of ya’ll.
