Common mistake we see on clinic websites: the social links go to the wrong place.
Sometimes it's Wix's own social handles, because that's the default and nobody changed it. Sometimes it's a different clinic's account. Sometimes an old account. Sometimes nowhere at all.
Check your footer, your header, your contact page. Everywhere those icons appear.
And yes, check even if an agency built your site. We've seen expensive builds ship with the wrong handles.

One of the biggest mistakes on clinic websites: your email isn't tappable.
Someone's on their phone, ready to ask a question or book, they tap your email and nothing happens.
Hyperlink it, and where it asks for the URL, put `mailto:` followed by your email address.
Do it anywhere your email appears on the site.
