Nothing like cooking with fresh ginger and garlic from the garden. Finished taking the stocks and roots off the garlic. Finished up with about 15 lbs. of garlic.

Lettuce is ready to harvest.

Peppers are growing nicely. Climbing beans are starting to climb.
