We are very pleased and excited to release our newest frac pumper, the FIRST operational CAT 3512E Tier 4 Final DGB engine in Canada, with a continuous duty Weir SPM QEM 3000 pump. Tier 4 diesel engines comply with the strictest EPA standards. The Tier 4 DGB engine provides Trican with industry leading diesel displacement and emissions reduction. The pumper is headed to a Tourmaline Oil Corp location in West Central Alberta.

Trican would like to thank Tourmaline Oil Corp for their support, as well as Caterpillar, Weir Group, Propell Oilfield Equipment Innovation, and all the other partners involved in the development of the pumper!

Next week we commission our 260' expansion to the heavy-lift facility — adding four additional 80-ton bridge cranes to support the growing scale of our customers’ needs. Always evolving and moving fast to win the day for our customers.
