sooooo many new faces around here we thought we’d re-introduce ourselves! We are Lindsay and Jamie and we started SUBSTANCE back when our kids were young and we wanted a flexible job that allowed us to be there for them while still keeping our head in the game. We absolutely love seeing our clients elevating their brands though professional photos - seriously fill our buckets so much!

Now that our kiddos are a bit older we’ve been having some fun with creating more content of our own. We love sharing more about our lives as besties here in Calgary… and hope you’ve been able to send one of our reels to your best friends without any explanation!

October felt like a bit of a gong show, but looking back - there were so many things that filled our bucket! We had amazing shoots with new and returning clients, had lots of Halloween fun + snuck in a trip to Nashville with some of our favorite ladies! ⭐️
