Calgary’s housing market saw both sales activity and new listings trend lower in August compared with last year. While conditions varied by property type and price range, higher-priced homes continued to see gains in sales, reflecting continued confidence in the market. 🏡

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Calgary sales were 16% lower than last year.
• New listings were nearly 10% lower than the previous year.
• The benchmark price for all residential property types was $569,800.
