Originally from Prince Edward Island, Nolan is a rising country artist carving his path in the music scene. Now based in Calgary, AB, Nolan has been turning heads with standout performances at top venues like Whiskey Rose, Ranchman’s, the Chinook Stampede Breakfast (Calgary’s largest), and the 2023 Country Thunder AB festival. His EP Born and Raised is available on all major streaming platforms, offering a glimpse into his musical journey. Nolan’s talent has earned him three nominations at the 2023 Music PEI Awards, and he’s currently competing in the semi-finals of Ranchman’s Rising Star Contest, cementing his status as an artist to watch. Take Me Home is the latest single from Nolan Compton, reflecting on the cherished moments of a past relationship while finding solace in the music of legendary artists. Written by Nolan Compton, the track was produced and recorded with Dave Temple and Johnny Gasparic of MCC Recording (the 2024 CCMA Recording Studio of the Year). The talented studio musicians featured include Brendan Waters (keys), Joe MacIntyre (drums), Johnny Gasparic (acoustic guitar, banjo, percussion, electric guitar (additional), harmony vocals), Justin Kudding (bass), and Russel Broom (lead electric guitar). The album artwork was designed by Marina Pigueiras, with photography captured by Brian Paterson. Take Me Home will be available on all streaming platforms starting October 25, 2024.
