Edmonton Operator / Growth Partner — Community Cart (Delivery)

Community Cart is expanding Edmonton operations and I’m looking for a hands-on growth partner — not a traditional employee.

We’re a local delivery platform serving merchants across Alberta (florists, pharmacies, bakeries, professional offices, retail). The platform exists. The work exists. What’s missing in Edmonton is a reliable operator who can:

- Support and run current delivery work
- Dispatch with operational sense
- Sell and retain merchants
- Help turn jobs into recurring revenue
- Build the Edmonton side of the brand with me

Ideal background: courier/dispatch/last-mile, or someone who has built a small service business and isn’t afraid of the road or the phone.

Compensation is tied to deliveries completed and merchants retained/grown — structured so the person who builds Edmonton can own recurring results.
