Before, this was just an open coat closet standing in the middle of the living room. Now it's a full wood slat feature wall, the kind of thing you want people to notice when they walk in, not a door you're hoping nobody opens.

This wall was studs and wiring not long ago. Now there's a fire lit beneath the TV and warm wood shelving glowing on both sides. This isn't a room you walk through anymore, it's the room you end up in every night, the one where you actually sit down at the end of the day.
