Cook Custom Homes is a family-owned and operated luxury boutique specializing in custom home building and renovations.
We believe in doing everything in the best possible way while delivering our projects on time and on budget! As president of Cook Custom Homes, James has been building custom homes for over 13 years. This includes acreage homes, inner-city homes, estate homes and many major renovations. After completing over 30 custom homes and over 50 renovation projects, he decided to apply his expertise solely to the custom home building industry and major renovations, focusing on customer relationships, experience and state-of-the-art design custom tailored to each client. We work on a variety of projects while offering a complete interior and exterior design service. We pride ourselves in communicating and learning about our clients, customizing their dream home, and helping them along the process from first meeting to move-in date.
