Ålesund is famous for the sweeping Art Nouveau views from the top, but the real highlight was stumbling across a beautiful, small tribute painted onto a rock hidden right in the stone along the trail.

Watching Dave take the Harvard up and perform for was truly awe-inspiring. The sound of that radial engine as the aircraft showed us exactly what it's capable of was honestly magical.

An absolute beauty to photograph - I can't wait to catch up to it again (and maybe see the duet dance through the sky soon). 💛

Last week I had the opportunity to join our fearless aerobatics president and general badass Brandie for a flight up to Drumheller in her beautiful 1974 172M (with the STOL kit!)

I am enjoying the opportunity to see the various regional airports in Alberta and Saskatchewan - I may start another series to catalog these locked in time treasures that dot the prairies.

What a day! Thank you Columbia Valley Airport Society for putting on such an amazing event - your hospitality and friendliness sure made me feel welcome.

I've been fortunate to follow Neil Harris Aerosports around this summer, and seeing him perform in front of such an energetic and engaged crowd was such a cool experience. All the gasps and cheering - for the crew that supports Neil it is such an energy boost to have that - thank you!

Cannot leave this post without a shoutout to Heartbeat Hot Sauce Co. for bringing the heat (literally) - I'll be enjoying some Camp Sauce on everything and anything.
