Repaired the ceiling after a flood. Now, instead of popcorn, the ceiling is perfectly smooth and painted with white paint.

New fence. Somehow, the customer still had a new fence kit from 1975, and it had been sitting in the garage attic all this time waiting for its moment.

Small porch repair. Replaced the rotten boards. An interesting thing happened with this job. About two years ago, I was involved in replacing the windows and doors in this house when I was working as an installer for a window company. What a coincidence.

New vanity with a ceramic tile backsplash. Custom trim was also made to hide the gaps between the wall and the floor. The water supply lines and drain were also reworked.

Installed a new stand-up shower to replace the old one

Replaced the chandelier in the stairwell

Painting the door on both sides, including the door frame and casing

Replacement of the vanity, faucet, and toilet. All old fixtures were removed and hauled away to the landfill

Replacement of the undermount sink and faucet. The drain plumbing was modified to fit the new sink, and the garbage disposal was transferred from the old sink to the new one

This is how brick and concrete demolition is done
