Some details deserve a second look.

At Beauvista Heights, this staircase transforms with every perspective. Light shifts across the vertical slats. Shadows create rhythm.

The kind of feature that quietly becomes unforgettable.

One of our favourite things about Beauvista Heights is that every room has a little surprise waiting for you.

The architecture provides a timeless backdrop, while throughout the home you’ll find moments of colour, personality and playfulness that keep the spaces feeling energizing and alive.

Sometimes the most memorable spaces are the ones that leave room for a little individuality.

After 40 years of building homes, one thing hasn’t changed:
The best projects start by listening.

Every family lives differently. Every lot presents different opportunities. Every client has their own idea of what makes a home feel right.

That’s why our goal has never been to build the same home twice.
It’s to create spaces that reflect the people who live in them.

Because great custom homes should feel personal.

One of our favourite things about this kitchen is that no matter where you’re standing, you’re seeing something different.

Every angle reveals a new relationship between the kitchen, the architecture and the surrounding landscape. It creates its own presence within the home while remaining connected to the larger design vision.

A space that’s as much about experience as it is aesthetics.

Family looks different for everyone and the spaces we live in are evolving alongside it.

A garden suite can create room for grandparents to live nearby, provide a comfortable place for out-of-town family to stay or offer older children a chance to experience more independence while remaining connected to home.

The Bramble Garden Suite was designed with that flexibility in mind: a space that supports changing seasons of life while keeping family close.

The best storage solutions are the ones hiding in plain sight.

In this renovation at the Pearl, custom millwork was designed to do more than provide storage. It helps create calm, continuity and a sense of order throughout the home.

Hidden laundry, integrated appliances and thoughtfully detailed cabinetry allow everyday functions to disappear into the architecture, letting materials, light and craftsmanship take centre stage.

It’s a reminder that great design isn’t just about what you see. It’s also about what you don’t.

Summer is almost here.

Soon, school will be out, routines will shift and the spaces our kids use every day will become even more important.

At Beauvista Heights, these rooms were designed to feel playful without sacrificing longevity; bringing personality, creativity and colour into the home while still reflecting the overall design vision.

Because great custom homes aren’t just designed for today. They’re designed to grow alongside the families who live in them.

Some spaces feel especially inviting heading into the weekend.

At , the lower lounge and bar area was designed as an extension of the home’s overall architecture; warm, refined and intentionally connected to the surrounding spaces.

Clean lines and contrast come together to create an atmosphere that feels both elevated and comfortable, whether hosting friends or settling in for a quieter evening at home.

Not every staircase is meant to disappear into the background.

At Beauvista Heights, this sculptural staircase was designed to anchor the home architecturally while still maintaining openness and flow throughout the main floor.

Wrapped in vertical wood slatting, the staircase creates warmth, rhythm and subtle separation between spaces without ever feeling heavy or closed off.

Paired with expansive window lines, soft natural light and a minimal material palette, it becomes both a functional feature and a defining design moment within the home.

Some spaces are designed to be hidden away. Others are meant to be part of the experience.

At Ridge House, this glass-enclosed wine cellar acts as both storage and focal point.

Hand-plastered walls, oak rift-cut detailing, fir slat features and sculptural lighting all work together to create a space designed for lingering a little longer heading into the weekend.
