To wrap up EmberWrite's ( ) takeover, we wanted to share our podcast with everyone. In our Expert Craft Chats, we sit down with award-winning and bestselling authors, editors, and other industry professionals to chat about the craft and business of writing.
We publish new sessions twice a month and regularly post clips of our top advice to our Instagram. So feel free to follow us or check out our bio links to watch our latest Craft Chat!
Last but not least in our feature series, we have EmberWrite's ( ) planning mode! In this mode, you can add scene summaries, move scenes around, and see all your tags and other notes at a glance!
EmberWrite ( ) also offers comments! So whether you're leaving yourself notes for editing and revision or getting feedback from critique partners or beta readers, we have you covered.
Ever been at a point in your story where a change you made in Chapter 4 suddenly affects Chapters 8, 11, 14, and 15? That was one of our co-founders. And she got sick of keeping it all in her head. Meet Tasks, the EmberWrite ( ) feature designed to help you dash off a quick fix and attach it to a specific scene so you remember what to change when you reach later chapters.
If you've ever lost track of one of your writing placeholders (like [TK Character Name]), EmberWrite ( ) has the fix for you. Plus--you'll never need to CTRL/CMD + F to find and replace!
Yes, EmberWrite ( ) does tags. Plus, we add in a little automation (clever programming, NOT AI) to make your tagging process easier.
Hi all, as promised, we're covering EmberWrite's ( ) multiple manuscripts feature! If you're a series writer, this will save a ton of time with managing your world building, reserach, and notes materials.
