Why did we start DIY Depot Rentals?

Honestly, because we tried renting equipment ourselves.

We wanted a mini excavator for a couple weekends and quickly discovered two things:

1. Everything was booked solid.
2. The advertised price was rarely the actual price.

A machine advertised at $300/day somehow became a much bigger bill once delivery, pickup, attachments, and various other fees got added on.

We figured there had to be a better way.

Our goal is simple: provide clean, reliable equipment with transparent pricing and top-notch service.

No hidden fees.
No surprise charges.
No guessing what the final bill will be.

If we tell you it’s $599, it’s $599.

That’s why delivery is included within Fredericton. That’s why we’re including a plate compactor with our excavator rentals. And that’s why we’ll always try to make the rental process as simple as possible.

What you see is what you pay.
