"Neurodivergent" is an umbrella term for people who think more deeply than most. Who often struggle with masking, burnout, and executive dysfunction for the sake of social conformity.

Neurodivergent people are challenged with masking, burnout, and self-suppression to fit in with a world catered to specialists.

I'm offering a free workshop where you can listen and share with like-minded people.

Self-supression is a leash we put on ourselves limiting our voice, behaviour, and how we show up in relationships. Unchecked, it becomes repression, where we've accepted a private desperation as normal.

Experiential exercises awaken one's inner knowing through embodiment; doing the thing you know you should do. In this modern age oversaturated with media and entertainment, we easily succumb to passivity.

Being fully expressed, especially in relationships, means fully accepting yourself so others can too.

You can't think your way to your desires. Action is required. Some desires are a way of being: loving, assertive, vulnerable, expressive, etc.

If you can practice such presence in front of a mirror, that's experiential self-empowerment.

Sometimes, the best stage performances aren't performative, just in-the-moment real.

Appreciate when people on stage share from a vulnerable place. To me, it indicates how human you are.

If you feel you can't share your convictions and vulnerability with anyone, you're supressing who you really are, which is a form of dis-ease.
