Our mission is to provide affordable and accessible one-on-one swimming instruction to children with special needs. Are you passionate about working with children and making a difference in your community? SWAM Hamilton is looking for enthusiastic swim Instructors to join our team for the 2026-2027 Fall and Winter sessions! 🐠
Our instructors help create a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment where swimmers of all abilities can build confidence, develop their skills, and enjoy the water. 🩵

✅Swim Instructor Certification (does not have to be current)
✅Experience working with children and/or individuals with disabilities
✅Valid Vulnerable Sector Check

- 2 head instructors
- 1 parent liaison
- 1 finance coordinator
