Rick began his career with the CUNA Mutual Insurance Group, where he assisted Credit Unions and their members with all facets of their insurance needs. Over his 23 year tenure, Rick rose up through the ranks to the positions of Vice President of Personal Lines, and Life & Health Direct Marketing. Joining Forethought Life in 1999, as National Sales Manager, helped Forethought to become the dominant preneed supplier in Canada before their sale in the Fall of 2001. Founding Premier Preneed in 2001, Rick teamed with Assurant Life of Canada and quickly grew Premier as the provider of choice for preneed funding solutions in Ontario. Chris joined Premier in 2011, after working briefly and becoming one of the top sellers for Moneris Solutions on the Mississauga sales team. Chris graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2012 with a BBA (BA) Honours Business Administration degree and a minor in Finance. Chris achieved his Certified Executor Advisor (CEA) designation in 2019. He also holds an Ontario Life Insurance License from the FSRA. Tracy Stephens

Tracy joined Premier in 2017, as Administration Team Lead. She strives to assists our clients’ in a timely, accurate and efficient manner through her tenacity and versatility. She is a problem solver and cares deeply about exceeding our clients expectations.
