One of the biggest reasons ๐๐-๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐ง๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐จ๐ ๐๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ is because reading someoneโs story can awaken something in us.
A question.
A recognition.
A possibility.
Maybe even the feeling that there is something in our own story we are ready to look at differently.
This week, Christina Ditchkofsky and Julie Lavia have helped us explore what happens when a person begins reclaiming their voice.
Their stories live inside ๐๐-๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.
But the people behind those stories โ and many other practitioners with completely different experiences, perspectives and approaches โ are also part of the community we are creating through the AAC.
The book lets you meet them through what they have lived.
The Collective gives you somewhere to explore what they now bring into the world.
September 30 is getting closer.

Christina Ditchkofsky - Martin's story is a powerful example of how losing trust in yourself does not necessarily happen in one dramatic moment. Sometimes it happens gradually, through the small decisions, explanations and compromises that begin pulling you farther away from what you know, what you feel and what you want.
Writing became one of the places where Christina was finally able to see those experiences differently. Once they were on the page, moments that had seemed confusing on their own began forming patterns. That process became part of Burnt Letters, and it now continues through her chapter in RE-WRITTEN.
What makes Christina such an important part of the Authentically Aligned Collective is that her story is only one part of what she brings. Her lived experience is supported by her work as a trauma-informed writer, behavioral health nurse and Legal Nurse Consultant, giving her a unique ability to help women explore emotional abuse, relational trauma, voice and self-trust with both compassion and clarity.
This is part of the larger vision behind RE-WRITTEN and AAC: allowing you to meet the people behind the work through the stories that shaped them, and then giving you somewhere to continue the connection.

And sometimes the truth we most need to hear is our own.
That can be difficult when we have spent a long time questioning ourselves, adapting to other people, staying quiet, or believing that keeping the peace mattered more than saying what was true.
This week, Christina Ditchkofsky and Julie Lavia are inviting us into the journey from silence toward something much more powerful:
self-trust.
Not certainty about everything.
Not never questioning ourselves again.
But enough trust to recognize that our experience matters.
Enough trust to listen inward.
Enough trust to tell the story in our own words.
You can read Christina and Julieโs stories in RE-WRITTEN, launching September 30.
And then continue exploring the people, practices and perspectives behind these stories through the Authentically Aligne

Two stories.
Two very different journeys.
And a shared thread running through both:
๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ ๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ.
For Christina, this week brings us into conversations around self-trust, truth and finding your voice.
For Julie, we explore storytelling, courage and the healing that can happen when our experiences are finally given somewhere to exist outside of us.
Thatโs one of the things I love most about RE-WRITTEN.
There isnโt one formula for transformation.
Every person arrives at their rewrite differently.
But when we begin listening to these stories together, we start recognizing pieces of ourselves in places we may not have expected.
This week, meet Christina Ditchkofsky and Julie Lavia .
Their stories are coming September 30 in RE-WRITTEN.

There are many ways a person can lose their voice.
Sometimes someone else teaches us that speaking comes with consequences.
Sometimes we learn to doubt what we know, question what we feel, or make ourselves smaller.
And sometimes the silence lasts long enough that it begins to feel normal.

This week weโre featuring Christina Ditchkofsky ๐๐ง๐ Julie Lavia .
Their stories are different, but both invite us into a conversation about truth, courage, self-trust, healing and what becomes possible when we finally give our own experiences permission to matter.
Over the next several days, weโll be sharing more of their stories.Youโll be able to read them in full inside RE-WRITTEN, launching September 30.
And through the Authentically Aligned Collective, the conversation gets to continue beyond the pages of the book.

How much of what we do every day is actually a conscious choice โ and how much happens because we have simply learned to respond that way?
That question sits at the heart of Holly Laskyโs story.
There was a season in Hollyโs life when everything seemed to stop. Her days became about simply getting through what was directly in front of her, and she describes herself as being ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ค ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ข๐.
But that experience eventually opened a much bigger exploration into the unconscious mind and the filters through which we interpret our lives.
Because sometimes we can consciously know what we want and still find ourselves repeating an old response.
Sometimes we can see the future we want to create and still have a part of us operating from what once felt necessary, familiar or safe.
Holly Laskyโs chapter in ๐๐-๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ง๐๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ, is an invitation to become curious about what may be happening beneath the surface โ and what can become possible when we begin noticing it.
That same curiosity is part of what we are building into the Authentically Aligned Collective: a place where you can encounter different practitioners, perspectives and approaches and discover what resonates with you.
