I did something revolutionary.
I went to Glow Spa Kingston by myself. 🤗
It was so wonderful that this is how my brain has decided to remember it. A little dreamy, a little out of order, like I was already dreaming of the second time around (btw: I slept amazing that night!) 👍
👌I am SO glad I spent a few glorious hours at Glow Spa Kingston enjoying their signature Thermotherapy Circuit, moving between the sauna, steam room, hot tub and cold plunge at my own pace. I read my book, had a little snack (an amazing OG Açai Bowl from Heal Wellness). I wandered around in a cozy robe and had nowhere I needed to be.
🤫There was something so lovely about being able to slow down and notice all the little details; the beautiful space, the thoughtful touches, the robe, the hand cream from Branch & Vine. I throughly enjoyed the experience.
For a mom and teacher who is usually needed approximately every 47 seconds, a few quiet hours to myself felt absolutely magical.
I’m already looking forward to going back.
Who wants to come with me next time so we can enjoy the silence together? 🙋♀️
P.S. thank you to Colleen, Rachel and the team at Glow for having me. 🙏😘
