Otters always look like they’re having so much fun, and these 3 are no exception! Recorded on our BRAVO fish monitoring and counting system in the McKenzie River in Oregon (Node 28 on the BRAVO Network on our website).

A huge thank you to members from The Lake Huron Fishing Club for lending their time on Friday and helping us in the process of tagging 30 fish for our spring 2026 study! Your help is always very much appreciated! Anglers- these fish were released downstream of Denny's Dam. Please be on the look out for a white anchor tag next to the dorsal fin (pictured below) and/or a black cord (antenna) coming from the body cavity on the right side of the fish between the pelvic and a**l fin. Reporting the capture of tagged fish greatly helps the study! Thanks in advance!
