One of my favourite things about building Rollke has been realizing how much the little things matter.
Not every improvement has to be huge. Sometimes it’s literally just finding one tool that saves a bit of time, makes prep easier, and makes the whole process feel better.
And with the Apple Pie rolls, I love that even the peels get a second life. I dehydrate them into little apple chips and use them as the finishing touch on top.
Still learning, still tweaking, still finding better ways to do things every week.

Walk-ups are officially a thing 🤎
Today was the first walk-up table and I’m so happy with how it went. So many of you came by, and even lots of pre-orders grabbed a few extra rolls while picking up.
Thank you so much for all the support today. I’ll be keeping walk-ups going every Saturday with a mix of flavors available while quantities last.
Drop 5 at Rollke. First walk-up table, a little pop-up with Canada| HBB| Quilted block printed bags lots of cinnamon rolls, and another Saturday doing what I love. Slowly building this little thing one drop at a time. 🤎
Classic + Pumpkin Maple Spice at Poppy’s Uptown this morning. While quantities last.
Same Bueno, just better. White chocolate added to the filling, finished with white chocolate + Nutella drizzle and, of course, a Bueno on top. 🤎
The crisscross gets me every time. I started doing this little pattern for Drop 5 instead of my usual straight lines and I think it might be here to stay.
