Repair and refurbishing services for composite parts with specialisation on bicycle parts. This level of repair will get a protective resin coating.
Repairs start from a basic reinforcement with "raw finish" where the carbon lamination will be visible. For long lasting and aesthetic results, simple paint job restoration and clear finish is also possible. Prices start at 50$ for a basic repair on a minimal crack. For an initial quote several pictures of the damaged area will be needed. Final quote will be given only once the frame will be available to make a complete assessment of the damaged area. Sometimes the complete damaged and extension of cracks isn't possible to determine from pictures. All repairs are under warranty for 1 year.

More extensive methods can be used to find lamination defects but tapping is what most of the people can do to find anomalies. This small chip could look like nothing serious but the repair process revealed a crack had started below. With pressure of 100psi or more applied there, there is potential for the damage would have gotten worse.

Make sure you pack your bike extra well and that the flight crew know they are handling a fragile bicycle so they take extra care of it. This was repaired and refinishing in gloss black to blend with some of the original finish. Ready to roll for the remainder of the season!

The Vision cockpit that we reshaped earlier last week, in action last weekend, during the national in Calgary. It will be on its way to the world in Japan at the end if the month. Well done and we look forward to hearing how it will go on the 27th!
Had a request to change a TT cockpit for the national master race this Saturday in Calgary. Had to have a couple of iteration on it but we are proud that it is ready in time for the race!

It isn’t very often that we have such big races right next to our home including a national race which will qualify directly for the world in Japan later in August.
We have been fixing and doing some modification for a few athletes which are going to race this weekend.
I’ll be around with the family if you want to get in touch.
Such a repair has usually about 10 days turn around so you can get back on the saddle and enjoy the rest of the season. This saw a repair and paint matching finish.
